In January 2023, I opened Sage in Andrews, NC, a place where I could fully express my culinary vision. Sage allowed me to blend regional flavors with innovative techniques, but as time passed, I recognized the need to prioritize my health and return to the type of experiences that truly ignite my passion. This led to the decision to close Sage and focus exclusively on smaller, more intimate dining experiences—events where I can fully engage with my craft and my guests.

Now, as I rebrand my private chef service under my own name—Chef Steven Lash—I’m excited to continue offering unique, adventurous dining experiences. My work is not for everyone, and that’s by design.
