Bringing fine dining into private homes allowed me to craft personalized and exquisite culinary experiences that spoke to the heart.
In January 2023, I opened Sage in Andrews, NC, where I had the opportunity to blend regional flavors with innovative dishes. Sage was a labor of love, but after some time, I realized that I needed to prioritize my health and focus on the aspects of the culinary world that truly ignite my passion. So, I made the difficult decision to close Sage and turn my attention to what I love mostโcreating smaller, more intimate dining experiences.
As I rebrand my private chef service from Blue Duck to “Chef Steven Lash,” Iโm excited to embark on this new chapter. This change reflects my commitment to offering close-knit, high-quality dining experiences where every detail is meticulously crafted. Whether itโs an intimate dinner for 2 or a multi course Chefโs Tasting Menu, Iโm dedicated to ensuring that each experience is personal, memorable, and full of the love I put into my cooking.
